We received a e-mail from features editor, Ben Patashnik of the fully independent magazine, Rock Sound, notifying us of a Glassjaw special spread on their upcoming March issue. Below is the content detailed in the e-mail for you all to read for yourself.
Ben Patashnik:
Basically, during GJ’s UK tour I spent two days on the road with the band – I’d spoken to Beck beforehand and got everything sorted as Rock Sound’s a fully independent magazine and he liked the fact we aren’t some tabloid shit. In our issue onsale March 3 there’s a four-page feature on the band, which is I think the first full print feature they’ve agreed to in years. In it they talk about, well, everything. On Rocksound.tv we’re going to put up a gallery of backstage images as well as an online feature on the band, but the main meat is going to be in the magazine. I just wanted to give you a heads-up as I know GJN is where the Glassjaw fans really live.
I kinda feel we should feel special at GJN seeing they reached out to us to bring & spread good news.
So, look into the issue, get it when it comes out, and spread the word. Thank you.
